We returned without difficulty to Hungary. First of all I would like to thank you and all colleagues for the well organized tour. We visited all places what we wanted. Your country is wonderful and very rich in seeing. The representatives of your office were in time always. They were very heplful and kind. The drivers were the same. The cars are very cleaned, in good condition. About the hotels: Delhi - it is convenient, Varanasi - there wasn't hot water and the electric network is dangerous to life ( there wasn't light beside the bed and we would have liked to move the standing light to the bed, the plug came out from the wall , all lights turned off, it was dark in the room), Khajuraho - excellent!!!!, Agra - it is convenient, Corbett - very simple. The staff is very polite everywhere. Guides: Varanasi - good, helpful, his knowledge is OK, Khajuraho - good, qualified, Agra - EXCELLENT !!!!!!! ( he was the top! he spoke about the history of India and about Taj during 3 hours !!!! ) Corbett - the safari driver was EXCELLENT !!! the guide was very good!! Delhi - this old man doesn't speak English fluently, that's why he could tell only the visible , knowned, simple things without any special (.... see Agra!!! ).He didn't want to show us the Red Fort from inside but I explained him that we would like to enter in anyway. He was the best in the hindu temple, it seemed to me that it belongs to his life, he knows the most about it. Luckily we visited all sites what was planned by you. There wasn't any problem during our stay (except the departure to Corbett but the arrival time wasn't important). We saw a lot and enjoyed the tour.

Dear Sirs,

We were a party of four that made this trip February 7-14.

We would just like to let you know how pleased we were with all the arrangements.

Everything worked perfectly with timing, pick up, transportations. We had a wonderful driver, he was always smiling and had great patience with us and he was a very good driver, although the traffic on the roads were not all that good, He was excellent! He drove very careful and we really felt safe in his care. Also his assistant was very kind and helpful. As well as Vijay who took care about all practicalities on arrival and departure.

The guides were excellent and took good care about us, especially our guide in Agra, whom we liked very much.

The hotels were fantastic, especially Rajvilas in Jaipur and Amarvilas in Agra. These hotels were really outstanding!

The Imperial in Delhi was not of the same standard however and we were disappointed with the rooms we got on our return to Delhi, our last night, but with help from your staff, you solved the problem and we had new rooms. Also service was very slow at the Imperial, both at check in as well as in the main restaurant.

If there is a web site where you would like me to recommend your company, I will gladly do so. Please let me know.

Ashu==difficult to accept that this trip is over, long as we planned it. It could not have been much better, thanks to your excellent efforts and services. The food was uniformly superb, the diversity and location of hotels was a wonderful part of the experience, and we had a great time. The Hotel in Goa was really pleasant, close to the north beaches, and you should use it again.

For guides, some mix. Anwar in Cochin was a ten, and the lady in Mumbai was a nine and a half. The Goa guide was uninformed and unmotivated, and sort of a waste, whereas the driver/guide at the hotel was terrific. Also terrific was Saleem, our van driver for five days or moiré. He is a gem and we really appreciate him and all he did for us. Thanks again.

Am starting to think of other trips. (1) I understand there is now a five day or so walking trip near or out of Darjeeling, which could be nice to see more of the hill station/tea plantation areas. Do you know of this? (2) Could one do some hiking in Jammu, then see Simla and other things, and end up in Mumbai again. That could be nice. Any thoughts or recommendations you have can start the thinking process. All the best

back home, we feel obliged to thank you and your agency for the beautiful tour you have organized for us in India.
Again we found India "incredible" and your organization wonderful: all aspects (drivers, guides, local agents, etc) have been efficient. As regards hotels most of them were excellent. However we have to point out that the standard of Hotel Madhuvan in Bijapur was very low with insufficient igienic conditions.

In order to have the itinerary of our tour in the computer and to send it to our friends for a better knowledge of your effeciency, could you kindly send us, by e.m., the document which was given to us in Mumbai.
Does your agency organize tour in other countries outside India ?
