The tour of the town starts with a early morning visit to Tiger Hill the highest point in Darjeeling. The views from this point , especially of Mt.Everest and Kanchanjunga are simply breathtaking. On your way back stop at the Ghoom Monastery, the holiest monastery in Darjeeling.

After breakfast at your hotel proceed for a sightseeing tour of the town visiting the Himalayan Mountaineering institute with its photographs of various mountaineering expeditions, the Tibetan Refugee Self help centre where one can see traditional Tibetan Habdicrafts being made.

Also visit the Dhirdham temple, and tea plantations..
