Deogarh Mahal was built in the 17th Century. Situated in the rugged countryside of the Aravalis, dotted by a number of lakes it is visited by a large number of migratory birds.

Run and restored by the family, the castle has a good collection of miniature paintings. One can sample traditional Mewari cuisine here.
