After a relaxing breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel and taken for a guided sightseeing tour of Cochin. Tour includes visits to the following places of interest: Dutch Palace (Mattancherry Palace): The Jewish synagogue, Cochin Harbor, St Francis church, Fort Kochi beach, Hill Palace: Later you will be assisted with check out formalities, and then start your drive to Alleppey (70 km /approx 1 ½ hrs).On your arrival in Alleppey, you will be transferred to jetty to board you private houseboat for an overnight stay. House Boat - One of the high points of your Kerala Backwater and Houseboat tour, is the night spent on board the Houseboat. These rice barges or “Kettuvallams” sail along side the shallow palm-edged lakes and narrow canals.
